Jeremy has been working as an IP/commercial lawyer for more than 20 years, working across a wide range of industries and in various jurisdictions.  He is qualified in Both England and Wales and New South Wales, Australia.

He advises clients on how to best protect, exploit and enforce some of their most valuable commercial assets.  A key member of the firm’s anti-counterfeiting group, Jeremy also advises on a wide range of commercial issues including franchising, licensing, distribution and agency agreements.   Jeremy is particularly well known for his work in the creative, entertainment and sports industries. He has toured with bands, worked on the Sydney Olympic Games and advised on more than €1bn worth of sponsorship.

Jeremy is currently recognised in the legal directories for his work in the areas of IP, brand management, media and entertainment, sport and theatre.  He is on the steering committee of the Henley Business School MBA for Music and the Creative Industries.
