Ilka Heinze owns a Diploma-Kauffrau (MSc) and MSc in Psychological Research Methods (UK). Since 2009, Mrs. Heinze has worked as an independent consultant and trainer mainly for medium-sized companies. Prior to that, she worked as a person who worked for the East region of a global auditing and tax consulting company. In this function, she has gained extensive expertise in all aspects of personnel management and management consultancy.

She has also gained practical experience in controlling and risk management in a staff position as well as through her collaboration in various research projects at various universities and technical colleges in Germany and abroad.

An education in the field of counseling at Edinburgh University completes their profile.

Ms Heinze is a member of the International Council for Small Business and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK). In addition, Mrs. Heinze volunteered as a mentor for start-up entrepreneurs on behalf of the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce as well as a generalist advisor at the Citizen Advice Bureau Musselburgh.
