Helen has spent over 30 years working in the creative sector at an executive level. Having developed many award winning companies and products and being part of the management team that took a young start up through to flotation. Helen comfortably straddles the world of business, innovation and academia. A passionate business executive that generously mentors entrepreneurs and innovators. Helen spent nearly 5 years with Henley Business School, following her desire to help the sector develop broader strategic capabilities. Helen created vast press and pr opportunities during this time notably acknowledged by Sir David Bell. Helen was invited to take up the post of VP at ACM a world famous performance and music business college. As Dean of the business school she hopes to grow and develop a centre of innovation for young aspiring creators whilst creating opportunities that link students across the college providing them with real practical & applied opportunities.

1992 Helen was headhunted to join start up Japanese company Avex Inc working alongside Tom (Tatsumi) Yoda, Japans answer to Richard Branson.
Avex’s success was meteoric. Helen was responsible for the launch and development of their international music publishing division, it became the No 1 publisher in Japan with Global representation.
